Tarun Lal joined Dave & Buster’s in July 2025 as a seasoned global executive with over 25 years of experience at Yum! Brands, where he most recently served as President of KFC U.S. In that role, he led all aspects of the brand’s operations across the U.S. Prior to that, Mr. Lal held several key leadership roles, including Global COO for KFC and Managing Director for KFC Middle East, Turkey, Africa, India and Pakistan, where he led major brand expansions, championed digital innovation, and delivered consistent growth across various complex markets.
Antonio Bautista has served as our President of International Development since January 2026, our Chief International Development Officer since August 2022, and our Head of International Development since July 2022. He previously was CEO of ALBP Global Hospitality Solutions from September 2020 through December 2021, Chief Operations Officer of Fogo De Chao from July 2019 through July 2020, and Senior Vice President, Hard Rock Cafe and Retail Division, and Franchise Development and Operations at Hard Rock International from December 2010 through June 2019. He also was President and Chief Operating Officer of Gourmet Gulf LLC from 2007 to 2010.
Darin Harper joined Dave & Buster’s in June 2024 with over 25 years of finance experience in both the public and private sectors working in multisite consumer, retail, and entertainment brands. Most recently, he was CFO of World Choice Investments, LLC, a leading operator of large themed, family entertainment attractions. Darin was previously EVP, Chief Financial Officer for Main Event Entertainment, Inc. from March 2017 through its acquisition by Dave & Buster's in June 2022, overseeing all finance, accounting, legal, risk and audit functions. During his time there, Darin helped lead the company through significant growth, scaling efficiently while positioning the company for more data-driven analytics, focused on enhancing the guest experience and improving profitability. Contemporaneous with this role, he also served as Group CFO for Main Event's parent company, Ardent Leisure (ASX: CEH), based in Sydney, Australia, from June 2018 through June 2022. Prior to Main Event, he was CFO at On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina and Principal Accounting Officer at Chuck E. Cheese after beginning his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Cory Hatton joined Dave & Buster’s in October of 2022 as Vice President, Investor Relations & Treasurer and was promoted to the role of Head of Entertainment Finance, Investor Relations & Treasurer in March of 2025. His career background includes finance and operational roles of increasing responsibility at Standard Chartered Bank, Mellon Capital Management, Pinnacle Entertainment, Scientific Games, and Maverick Gaming. Cory holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and is a CFA charterholder.
Steve Klohn joined Dave & Buster’s after the merger with Main Event in 2022 with more than 25 years of professional experience in Information Technology, Innovation, and Business Enablement. With a primary responsibility of creating technology strategies that result in business capabilities that differentiate the company, Steve’s organization is focused on delivering secure, reliable, and scalable technologies to enable the business to serve its guests and team members best. Throughout his long career, Steve has been an innovative technology champion with a deep passion for growing people in their career journeys. His technical career started in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Systems Administrator. Before his role at Dave & Buster’s, Steve was the CIO for Main Event, CTO for Brinker International, and Senior Vice President IT for RealPage, Inc.
Les Lehner has served as our Chief Development & Procurement Officer since June 2025. Previously he was Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Main Event Development since August 2022. Prior to that he was Executive Vice President, Chief Development and Procurement Officer at Main Event Entertainment from 2018 through July 2022, and Senior Vice President, Chief Development and Procurement Officer at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. from 2015 through 2018. Prior to that he was with CEC Entertainment from 2000 through 2015 in various roles including Senior Vice President, Development and Procurement.
Rudy Rodríguez, Jr. joined Dave & Buster’s in January 2025 as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Before joining the Company, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer, and Corporate Secretary of CEC Entertainment, Inc. Before CEC, Rudy was Vice President and General Counsel of American Eagle Airlines, Inc. and practiced commercial and employment litigation in the legal departments of American Airlines, Inc. and JC Penney Corporation, Inc. as well as several Dallas, Texas law firms. He began his legal career as a Briefing Attorney in the Supreme Court of Texas. Rudy received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University and his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
Aldo Rosales joined Dave & Buster’s in June of 2024 as Vice President of Strategy, shaping the agenda for the business and driving execution of our strategic priorities and was promoted to his current role of Chief Strategy Officer in August of 2025. He previously spent eight years at McKinsey & Company where he held various roles, including as a leader within the Consumer and Sports & Gaming practices. During his time at McKinsey, he specialized in helping organizations craft strategic plans with clear objectives and measurable action plans, along with supporting execution and change management. Most of his work focused on incorporating digital, artificial intelligence, and technology modernization elements into his clients’ strategic aspirations. His industry expertise covered a wide range of clients in consumer-facing environments, including specialty retailers, restaurants, grocery retailers, financial institutions, and consumer packaged goods companies. Before McKinsey, he worked at Goldman Sachs as a Quantitative Analyst developing Operational Risk models. His earlier experience includes Management Consulting and Business Intelligence. He holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from ITAM in Mexico City and a MSc in Financial Engineering from New York University, where he attended as a Fulbright Scholar.
Putnam Shin joined Dave & Buster’s in October 2025 bringing a deep background in strategy and operations across leisure, entertainment, attractions, theme parks, hotels, and restaurants. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered results in both growth and turnaround environments. Before joining Dave & Buster’s, he most recently served as Chief Growth & Innovation Officer at BJ’s Restaurants. Prior to that, he oversaw and grew theme parks and resorts globally at LEGOLAND Parks, Merlin Entertainments, Madame Tussauds, and SEA LIFE aquarium. Earlier in his career he spent over 10 years in strategy both at a global management consultant firm and in the Corporate Strategy group at The Walt Disney Company and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Devesh Sinha joined Dave & Buster’s in November 2025 and brings extensive leadership experience in operational excellence and strategic growth, with 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, spanning operations, technology, and HR. Throughout Devesh’s career he scaled the Pizza Hut corporate portfolio and played a key role in building the founding team and launching Saucy By KFC, a bold new chicken tender concept. Known for his ability to lead through change, build high-performing teams, and drive scalable systems, Devesh has a proven record of delivering results across complex, multi-unit operations to accelerate growth, strengthen execution, and build best-in-class organizations.
Tony Wehner has served as our President of Main Event since January 2026. Previously he served as our Chief Operating Officer since August 2022. Prior to that he served as Chief Operating Officer at Main Event Entertainment from January 2021 through July 2022, Chief Executive Officer of BigShots Golf from January 2020 through January 2021, Chief Operating Officer of Bar Louie from June 2017 through January 2020, and Senior Vice President Operations at Logan’s Roadhouse from February 2016 through 2017. He was also at On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina for five years most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations and at Brinker International in various roles including Regional Director of Operations for the Chili’s Grill & Bar brand.
