Kevin M. Sheehan serves as Interim Chief Executive Officer since December 2024, as Chair of the Dave & Buster’s Board since April 2021 and as a Director since October 2011. He previously served as Interim CEO of Dave & Buster’s from October 2021 through June 2022. He is Chair and Principal Owner of Mellon Stud Ventures since 2016. Mr. Sheehan was Chair and Principal Owner of Margaritaville at Sea from 2016 through October 2023. He previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Scientific Games Corporation from August 2016 until June 2018. Mr. Sheehan served as Chief Executive Officer of NCL Corporation Ltd., a leading global cruise line operator (“Norwegian”), from November 2008 through January 2015, and added the role of President from August 2010 through January 2015. Before joining Norwegian, Mr. Sheehan was a consultant to private equity firms including Cerberus Capital Management LP and Clayton Dubilier & Rice. Prior to that, Mr. Sheehan spent nine years at Cendant Corporation, most recently serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of its Vehicle Services Division (which included global responsibility for the Avis and Budget Rental Car brands, as well as PHH Corporation, a leading fleet management solutions provider and Wright Express, the leading fuel card solutions company). Mr. Sheehan serves on the Board of Directors, as Lead Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and as a member of the Compensation Committee of Gannett Co., Inc., a subscription-led and digitally focused media and marketing solutions company. In addition, Mr. Sheehan served on the Board of Directors of each Hertz Corporation through its emergence from Chapter 11 in July of 2021, Navistar International Corporation through its sale to Volkswagen in July of 2021, and Bob Evans Farms through the sale of its restaurant and food businesses respectively. Mr. Sheehan is a graduate of Hunter College and New York University Graduate School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Sheehan brings substantial investment, financial, leadership, strategic, hospitality, global, consumer insights, marketing and gaming experience to our Board of Directors.
Antonio Bautista has served as our Chief International Development Officer since August 2022. Previously he served as our Senior Vice President and Head of International Development from January 2022 through July 2022. He previously was CEO of ALBP Global Hospitality Solutions from September 2020 through December 2021, Chief Operations Officer of Fogo De Chao from July 2019 through July 2020, and Senior Vice President, Hard Rock Cafe and Retail Division, and Franchise Development and Operations at Hard Rock International from December 2010 through June 2019. He also was President and Chief Operating Officer of Gourmet Gulf LLC from 2007 to 2010.
Darin Harper joined Dave & Buster’s in June 2024 with over 25 years of finance experience in both the public and private sectors working in multisite consumer, retail, and entertainment brands. Most recently, he was CFO of World Choice Investments, LLC, a leading operator of large themed, family entertainment attractions. Darin was previously EVP, Chief Financial Officer for Main Event Entertainment, Inc. from March 2017 through its acquisition by Dave & Buster's in June 2022, overseeing all finance, accounting, legal, risk and audit functions. During his time there, Darin helped lead the company through significant growth, scaling efficiently while positioning the company for more data-driven analytics, focused on enhancing the guest experience and improving profitability. Contemporaneous with this role, he also served as Group CFO for Main Event's parent company, Ardent Leisure (ASX: CEH), based in Sydney, Australia, from June 2018 through June 2022. Prior to Main Event, he was CFO at On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina and Principal Accounting Officer at Chuck E. Cheese after beginning his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Cory Hatton has served as our Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer since October 2022. Previously, he served in various finance and operations roles at Maverick Gaming, Scientific Games, Pinnacle Entertainment, Mellon Capital Management, and Standard Chartered Bank.
Les Lehner has served as our Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Main Event Development since August 2022. Previously he was Executive Vice President, Chief Development and Procurement Officer at Main Event Entertainment from 2018 through July 2022, and Senior Vice President, Chief Development and Procurement Officer at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. from 2015 through 2018. Prior to that he was with CEC Entertainment from 2000 through 2015 in various roles including Senior Vice President, Development and Procurement.
Bryan McCrory has served as our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since September 2022 and as our Associate General Counsel from August 2017 until September 2022. Previously, he served in various legal roles at Brinker International, Inc. from 1991 until 2017, most recently as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. He started his legal career at Johnson, Bromberg & Leeds, a mid-sized Dallas based law firm, in 1985.
John B. Mulleady has served as our Chief Development Officer since August 2022 and as our Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development from April 2012 until August 2022. Mr. Mulleady had been Senior Vice President, Director of Real Estate of BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. a leading operator of warehouse clubs in the eastern United States, from June 2008 to April 2012. Previously, Mr. Mulleady served as Vice President of Real Estate at Circuit City Stores, Inc., a consumer electronics retailer, from February 2006 to June 2008.
