Chris Morris joined Dave & Buster’s on June 29, 2022 as CEO and a Board member. Previously, Mr. Morris served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Main Event Entertainment, Inc. from March 2018 to June 2022. Prior to this role, Mr. Morris was President of California Pizza Kitchen from June 2014 to March 2018; and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of On the Border from 2010 to 2014. He was also Chief Financial Officer with CEC Entertainment, Inc. from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that Mr. Morris was with NPC International, Inc. from 1999 to 2004; Applebee’s International, Inc. from 1996 to 1999; and Deloitte & Touche from 1992 to 1996. Mr. Morris brings substantial hospitality, entertainment, leadership, strategic, operations, financial, investment and public company governance experience to the Company and to our Board of Directors.
Michael Quartieri joined Dave & Buster’s in January 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Quartieri had been Executive Vice President and Secretary of LiveOne, Inc. from November 2020 until December 2021. Prior to his tenure at LiveOne, Inc., Mr. Quartieri served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary at Scientific Games from November 2015 until June 2020. Prior to that Mr. Quartieri spent nine years with Las Vegas Sands Corp. in multiple roles ending as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Global Controller, and 13 years at Deloitte & Touche.
Tony Wehner has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since August 2022. Previously he served as Chief Operating Officer at Main Event Entertainment from January 2021 through July 2022. Prior to that he was Chief Executive Officer of BigShots Golf from January 2020 through January 2021, Chief Operations Officer of Bar Louie from June 2017 through January 2020, Senior Vice President Operations at Logan’s Roadhouse from February 2016 through 2017. He was also at On the Border LLC for 5 years most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations and at Brinker International in various roles including Regional Director of Operations for the Chili’s Grill & Bar and On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina brands.
Antonio Bautista has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief International Development Officer since August 2022. Previously he served as our Senior Vice President and Head of International Development from January 2022 through July 2022. He previously was CEO of ALBP Global Hospitality Solutions from September 2020 through December 2021, Chief Operations Officer of Fogo De Chao from July 2019 through July 2020, and Senior Vice President, Hard Rock Cafe and Retail Division, and Franchise Development and Operations at Hard Rock International from December 2010 through June 2019. He also was President and Chief Operating Officer of Gourmet Gulf LLC from 2007 to 2010.
Cory Hatton has served as our Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer since October 2022. Previously, he served in various finance and operations roles at Maverick Gaming, Scientific Games, Pinnacle Entertainment, Mellon Capital Management, and Standard Chartered Bank.
Randall Jones has served as our Vice President of Accounting and Controller since July 2022. Previously he served as Director of Financial Reporting at Brinker International, Inc. from January 2021 through July 2022. Prior that he served in various accounting and finance leadership roles at Lennox International from September 2012 through December 2020, including Director of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting (April 2019 to December 2020) and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (May 2015 to April 2019). He also has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2003.
Steven Klohn has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer since August 2022. Previously he was Chief Information Officer at Main Event Entertainment from September 2016 through July 2022. He previously served in several roles at Brinker International, Inc. from 2014 through 2016 including Chief Technology Officer, and at RealPage, Inc. from 2011 through 2014, including Senior Vice President Technology. Prior to that he was with J.C. Penny in several technology roles for almost 12 years.
Les Lehner has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Main Event Development since August 2022. Previously he was Executive Vice President, Chief Development and Procurement Officer at Main Event Entertainment from 2018 through July 2022, and Senior Vice President, Chief Development and Procurement Officer at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. from 2015 through 2018. Prior to that he was with CEC Entertainment from 2000 through 2015 in various roles including Senior Vice President, Development and Procurement.
Bryan McCrory has served as our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since September 2022 and as our Associate General Counsel from August 2017 until September 2022. Previously, he served in various legal roles at Brinker International, Inc. from 1991 until 2017, most recently as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. He started his legal career at Johnson, Bromberg & Leeds, a mid-sized Dallas based law firm, in 1985.
John B. Mulleady has served as our Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development since April 2012. Mr. Mulleady had been Senior Vice President, Director of Real Estate of BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. a leading operator of warehouse clubs in the eastern United States, from June 2008 to April 2012. Previously, Mr. Mulleady served as Vice President of Real Estate at Circuit City Stores, Inc., a consumer electronics retailer, from February 2006 to June 2008.
