Chris Morris
Chief Executive Officer and Director

Chris Morris transitioned to his current role as CEO and a Board member upon completion of the merger between Dave & Buster’s and Main Event in June 2022 having served as CEO of Main Event Entertainment for over four years. Prior to this role, Mr. Morris was President of California Pizza Kitchen from June 2014 to March 2018; and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of On the Border from 2010 to 2014. He was also Chief Financial Officer with CEC Entertainment, Inc. from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that Mr. Morris was with NPC International, Inc. from 1999 to 2004; Applebee’s International, Inc. from 1996 to 1999; and Deloitte & Touche from 1992 to 1996. Mr. Morris brings substantial hospitality, entertainment, leadership, strategic, operations, financial, investment and public company governance experience to the Company and to our Board of Directors.

Tony Wehner
Chief Operating Officer

Tony Wehner has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since August 2022. Previouslyhe served as Chief Operating Officer at Main Event Entertainment from January 2021 through July 2022. Prior tothat he was Chief Executive Officer of BigShots Golf from January 2020 through January 2021, Chief OperationsOfficer of Bar Louie from June 2017 through January 2020, Senior Vice President Operations at Logan’s Roadhousefrom February 2016 through 2017. He was also at On the Border LLC for 5 years most recently as Senior VicePresident of Operations and at Brinker International in various roles including Regional Director of Operations forthe Chili’s Grill & Bar and On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina brands.

Megan Tobin
Chief Marketing Officer
Megan Tobin has served as our Chief Marketing Officer since December 2023. Previously she served as the Head of Marketing for LTK, the world’s largest contextual shopping platform powered by influencers. Prior to LTK, Megan held the role of Vice President of Media, Brand Marketing for MGM Resorts International, leading the brand and media strategies for the entertainment company’s 27 destination resort brands across the domestic US, including the world-famous Bellagio, MGM Grand, ARIA, and National Harbor. Megan led the marketing team that drove brand awareness, customer growth and retention for the company’s portfolio of 41,000+ hotel rooms, 400 food and beverage outlets, 350 retail outlets, 4 major entertainment venues and MGM’s sports betting app, BetMGM. Prior to this, Megan led the digital marketing and media strategy teams at R&R Partners, the agency known for creating the “What Happens Here, Stays Here” campaign for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA).
Antonio Bautista
Chief International Development Officer

Antonio Bautista has served as our Chief International Development Officer since August 2022.  Previously he served as our Senior Vice President and Head of International Development from January 2022 through July 2022.  He previously was CEO of ALBP Global Hospitality Solutions from September 2020 through December 2021, Chief Operations Officer of Fogo De Chao from July 2019 through July 2020, and Senior Vice President, Hard Rock Cafe and Retail Division, and Franchise Development and Operations at Hard Rock International from December 2010 through June 2019.  He also was President and Chief Operating Officer of Gourmet Gulf LLC from 2007 to 2010.

Darin Harper
Chief Financial Officer

Darin Harper joined Dave & Buster’s in June 2024 with over 25 years of finance experience in both the public and private sectors working in multisite consumer, retail, and entertainment brands. Most recently, he was CFO of World Choice Investments, LLC, a leading operator of large themed, family entertainment attractions. Darin was previously EVP, Chief Financial Officer for Main Event Entertainment, Inc. from March 2017 through its acquisition by Dave & Buster's in June 2022, overseeing all finance, accounting, legal, risk and audit functions. During his time there, Darin helped lead the company through significant growth, scaling efficiently while positioning the company for more data-driven analytics, focused on enhancing the guest experience and improving profitability. Contemporaneous with this role, he also served as Group CFO for Main Event's parent company, Ardent Leisure (ASX: CEH), based in Sydney, Australia, from June 2018 through June 2022. Prior to Main Event, he was CFO at On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina and Principal Accounting Officer at Chuck E. Cheese after beginning his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Cory Hatton
Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer

Cory Hatton has served as our Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer since October 2022. Previously, he served in various finance and operations roles at Maverick Gaming, Scientific Games, Pinnacle Entertainment, Mellon Capital Management, and Standard Chartered Bank.

Humer Kassem
Chief People Officer
Humera Kassem joined Dave & Buster’s in 2023 as Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Dave & Buster’s, Humera has served as the Chief People Officer of Sabio Holdings, Jamba Juice and Good Smoke Holdings. She has also owned her own consulting practice where she helped small to midsize companies maximize their potential through people.
Steven Klohn
Chief Information Officer

Steven Klohn has served as our Chief Information Officer since August 2022. Previously he was Chief Information Officer at Main Event Entertainment from September 2016 through July 2022. He previously served in several roles at Brinker International, Inc. from 2014 through 2016 including Chief Technology Officer, and at RealPage, Inc. from 2011 through 2014, including Senior Vice President Technology. Prior to that he was with J.C. Penny in several technology roles for almost 12 years.

Les Lehner
Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Main Event Development

Les Lehner has served as our Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Main Event Development since August 2022.  Previously he was Executive Vice President, Chief Development and Procurement Officer at Main Event Entertainment from 2018 through July 2022, and Senior Vice President, Chief Development and Procurement Officer at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. from 2015 through 2018. Prior to that he was with CEC Entertainment from 2000 through 2015 in various roles including Senior Vice President, Development and Procurement.

Bryan McCrory
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Bryan McCrory has served as our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since September 2022 and as our Associate General Counsel from August 2017 until September 2022.  Previously, he served in various legal roles at Brinker International, Inc. from 1991 until 2017, most recently as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. He started his legal career at Johnson, Bromberg & Leeds, a mid-sized Dallas based law firm, in 1985.

John B. Mulleady
Chief Development Officer

John B. Mulleady has served as our Chief Development Officer since August 2022 and as our Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development from April 2012 until August 2022. Mr. Mulleady had been Senior Vice President, Director of Real Estate of BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. a leading operator of warehouse clubs in the eastern United States, from June 2008 to April 2012. Previously, Mr. Mulleady served as Vice President of Real Estate at Circuit City Stores, Inc., a consumer electronics retailer, from February 2006 to June 2008.

Simon Murray
Senior Vice President, Entertainment & Amusements
Simon Murray joined Dave & Buster’s in January 2023 as Senior Vice President, Entertainment & Amusements. Previously, Simon was a key leader for Norwegian Cruise Line since 2000 in a variety of roles and most recently served as Vice President, Guest Experience & Innovation.
