Biography

Aldo Rosales joined Dave & Buster’s in June of 2024 as Vice President of Strategy, shaping the agenda for the business and driving execution of our strategic priorities and was promoted to his current role of Chief Strategy Officer in August of 2025. He previously spent eight years at McKinsey & Company where he held various roles, including as a leader within the Consumer and Sports & Gaming practices. During his time at McKinsey, he specialized in helping organizations craft strategic plans with clear objectives and measurable action plans, along with supporting execution and change management. Most of his work focused on incorporating digital, artificial intelligence, and technology modernization elements into his clients’ strategic aspirations. His industry expertise covered a wide range of clients in consumer-facing environments, including specialty retailers, restaurants, grocery retailers, financial institutions, and consumer packaged goods companies. Before McKinsey, he worked at Goldman Sachs as a Quantitative Analyst developing Operational Risk models. His earlier experience includes Management Consulting and Business Intelligence. He holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from ITAM in Mexico City and a MSc in Financial Engineering from New York University, where he attended as a Fulbright Scholar.
